Collecting insights in a data-driven world is gnarly, a lot more gnarly just a couple of years ago. With this work, we imagined a simpler way for the survey space. After merging with a company known for connecting people to problems, managing that data had growth factor potential. With a new vision for an integrated research solution, we leveraged existing intellectual property.

Before we could even get to this work, the foundational systems, such as: networks of people and resources needed to take a new form. The business wanted to create a suite that leveraged tools for every step along the research cycle: sample, survey, and analytics.

Jobs to be done
Workshops were collaboratively run by design leads, with product and business stakeholders. Job maps, information architecture, customer experience diagrams were synthesized and helped understand the new landscape and build relationships in the organization.
Survey Analysis
Reverse engineering the survey tool provided real-life context to the experience we envisioned, as well as tactical data.
Testing
We leveraged internal and external users and ran iterative small-scale qualitative usability studies to validate needs and interaction design.

I created and maintained an exhaustive set of components featuring flexibility for single and multi-variable data scenarios as well as open-ended questions, Dashboards and grid systems are supporting organisms.
