    This work took the form of watching videos, reading docs, and actually working with various competitor tools.

    Workshops with stakeholders yield job maps and information architecture to help understand the new landscape, connection points, and build relationships in the organization.

  • Guerilla Testing

    We leveraged internal and external users and ran iterative qualitative usability studies to validate needs and interaction design
