As part of working for a small tech company, it’s all hands on deck to move the needle. With this work, I leveraged my design skills, and co-started a professional services in-house practice.

In addition to learning the skills to build these brave new systems, we had to grasp how to sell them, roll them out , and how to support them. Creating a library of sample dashboards and materials to market and present to potential clients also took a time and was a valuable research method.

Service

To start, the service was completely custom. no typical engagements, We would present a range of services and clients would decide if and how to bring us in. Over time, as we built up the business, we could choose longer more end to end projects which were more rewarding. Many of these customers who ran longitudinal studies would require regular maintanence.

System

Systems were build with a software tool set included MarketSight, Figma, R, and Python. System delivery environments ranged from in browser, in app, to white labeled depending on architectural and security requirements.
